Treat yourself with special desserts from Chiu & 1/2 Bakers run by a sister duo! We have always enjoyed bringing baked goods to family and friends. Our preference for desserts that are not overly sweet encouraged us to explore customizable sugar options. Furthermore, knowing each ingredient that goes into the recipe reassures us and our consumers of the dessert's integrity, as we only use high-quality, organic materials. This way every person can find something to their liking and trust what they enjoy! After much thought, we decided it was time to begin a local home-bakery, based in DFW, TX, to share some extra sweetness and joy with our amazing community. Self-taught in the art of baking, we look towards both American and Asian cultures for our flavors and designs. Our original creations and signature products are sure to bring a smile to your face!

Everything is baked at a specific time prior to your pick-up/delivery day to ensure optimal freshness.
We are certified food handlers and abide by the Texas Cottage Food Law. Products are not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
