Please store macarons in a sealed airtight container. Macarons keep up to 7 days in the refrigerator. Thaw refrigerated macarons by leaving at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Store in the freezer for about 3-4 months. Thaw frozen macarons by leaving them at room temperature for about 35 minutes.

Cream Puffs

Please store cream puffs in a sealed airtight container. Cream puffs keep up to 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw frozen cream puffs by leaving them in the refrigerator for 2 hours or at room temperature for about 35 minutes. OR enjoy them frozen like ice cream!
