HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please place orders at least 2 days ahead of time. After orders have been received, you will receive an invoice and confirmation text with payment instructions. Delays in this step may cause your order to be delayed or cancelled. Order form will close if we are fully booked for the week.

SPECIAL EVENTS?

Please let us know through our order form or by contacting us if your orders are for a special occasion or event! We want to work with you in deciding the best delivery method and time for your convenience.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS POLICY?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on perishable products. Thank you for understanding.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

For best taste, consume the products as soon as possible. Otherwise, it is recommended to follow the instructions, found on the Storing & Consuming Page.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY ALLERGENS?

Allergen information can be found on the menu page for specific products and on the label included with all purchases. Most of our products may contain wheat, milk/dairy, nuts, and/or eggs.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?

All products are handcrafted from scratch with high-quality, organic ingredients. You can trust that our baked goods are authentically created because we value our customers like family, ensuring that all receive the greatest integrity of our products.
